With new facilities recently completed, Mingenew is a great place for a game of netball.
Recently opened, the Shire of Mingenew’s new netball facilities are well used by the local community, and the sport is very popular with locals. The Mingenew Netball Club consists of two Senior teams, one Junior team and a Net Set Go group.
Mingenew local and Shire Trainee Administration Officer, Jasmine is one of those who uses the new courts and enjoys the sport regularly.
“I started playing netball when I was in primary school and I fell in love with it,” she says. “The new netball courts are a lot safer to play on and are an asset to the community.”
