Safety is key when any kind of water is involved, and if you’re planning on taking a boat out, there are some important things to remember explains Shire Ranger, Razalie Zainiel. Before you set out, you should know “where the current and tides are, and where you’re going to boat,” he says.
When it comes to launching a boat, Razalie has some helpful tips.
“To launch a boat you need to park the boat close into the ramp… you require two persons to guide the boat into the water. Once you launch the boat, one person holds the line and the other person drives the buggy away.”
