Find Out What Makes the Shire of Cuballing Special

Shire CEO Gary Sherry shares what’s on offer in and around his Shire.

The Shire of Cuballing is located in the Wheatbelt region of WA, and is a prosperous farming community. Shire CEO, Gary Sherry encourages you to visit Cuballing and discover why it is special.

“To get the most out of visiting the Shire of Cuballing you'll want to take in the Dryandra woodlands, and visit the last remnants of the natural vegetation of the Wheatbelt.”

He also recommends visiting Yornaning Dam, which has picnic facilities and nature trails, and exploring the historic buildings located within the town of Cuballing itself.

Those who are interested in, or take part in, equestrian sports may have heard about Cuballing thanks to the Dryandra Equestrian Centre, which was funded by the Council. The centre, Gary explains, “holds regional equestrian events that attract riders and competitors from across the state.”
